Certified Civilians help create believable world-building, everyday scenes, and long-form roleplay that makes San Andreas feel alive.
Business & Scene RP
Members may build civilian identities, businesses, events, and scenarios that involve multiple departments.
Character Depth
The program encourages realistic character backstories, motivations, decisions, and consequences.
What We Expect
A strong applicant should care about quality scenes, maturity, fairness, and creating RP for others.
Creativity
Bring scene ideas that feel believable, enjoyable, and useful to the wider community.
Responsibility
Certified status is a trust-based role. Members should use that trust to improve RP, not abuse it.
Interaction
Strong civilian RP should create meaningful interactions with law enforcement, fire/EMS, dispatch, and other civilians.
